ConvergenCE the exclusive country partner of Europa Capital in Hungary and Slovakia is primarily an investment & development company which also provides asset management and project management services. Since its establishment in 2004, the company has secured five development projects with a total investment volume of over € 150 million in the office, retail and logistics sectors.

We also have investment assets with a value of € 120 million under management and project management works with a total value of € 62 million underway.

The management of ConvergenCE has extensive experience in the region since 1992 and  previously managed the development of over 200.000m² of commercial office and logistics  warehouse space in Hungary. ConvergenCE projects are financed either by international private equity or from its main source of equity funding, Europa Capital and its Europa Funds. Asset management services are primarily based upon advising and representing JPMorgan’s real estate assets in Budapest.
