In real estate there are no short cuts to knowledge and experience. Our management and team all have a firm foundation in private practice consultancy at international firms such as CBRE, architecture (local and international qualifications), project management and development experience with both renowned US and German development companies.
Our management has been instrumental in the development of the real estate market in Hungary since 1992 and has achieved many notable „firsts” and awards including the development of the first science park buildings, speculative logistic warehouse schemes, at airport developments and prime downtown office projects. Prizes include Best Overall Development and Best Office Construction Industry Awards, FIABCI and local architectural (Epiteszeti Nivodij, Epito Ipari Nivodij) awards.
Alan is a real estate pioneer in Central Europe having been based in Vienna and Budapest for over nineteen years. Alan was a Director of Richard Ellis International in Vienna (1993) and the founder and Managing Director of Richard Ellis Budapest in 1994. In 1998 Alan was the co-founder and Development Director of AIG/Lincoln in Hungary. He founded ConvergenCE, his own real estate investment and development company in 2004.
In the last 12 years he has initiated over 250.000m2 with an investment of close to €270 million in landmark commercial real estate projects including Infopark I (IBM), Alkotás Point, Eiffel Square and ParkOne office buildings and M1 Business Park, Airport Business Park and Citypoint 9 logistics projects.
Alan was also a founder member and examiner for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Central Europe for over ten years.
Csaba has over 14 years real estate experience in marketing and leasing with Colliers International and Equis Corporation and was head of the Office Agency division of CB Richard Ellis for three years prior to joining ConvergenCE in 2008.
He is responsible for the asset management of Eiffel Square Office Building, Citypoin9 city logistics centre and the entire Hungarian JPMorgan portfolio (Terrapark A and B buildings, Margit Palace office building).
Csaba has been instrumental in managing the assets of JPMorgan in Hungary and in leasing up the Eiffel Square office project, winner of the Construction and Investment Journal Best Office Building 2010 and runner up in the Best Office Development category worldwide, and the Best Office Development in Europe, by the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards 2011.
Gabriella has extensive development, investment and property management experience in the Hungarian real estate market since 1997. Her experience includes direct marketing and management of 150,000m2 of office buildings on behalf of Mahler Project, PRICOA and as Country Manager NAI Otto Hungary Real Estate Consultancy.
As Commercial Director and Country Manager for Fadesa Hungaria Zrt., and Country Manager for Engel East Europe N.V. between 2007 and 2009, she was responsible for their activities in Hungary, encompassing the development and sales of in excess of 1,800 residential apartments.
She returned to commercial real estate joining EC Harris in Budapest, where she led Asset and Property Management projects including Specsavers UK and the 100,000 m² Interfruct portfolio. She holds a M.Sc. in Economics, is an active member of the RICS in Hungary and is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
Gábor is a civil engineer and graduate of the Technical University of Budapest. He worked for 5 years with construction companies, Strabag Építő Kft., and Vegyépszer Zrt on projects as diverse as the Lurdy House shopping centre, Infopark Research Centre I and Alkotás Point office building.
In 2002 Gábor joined AIG/Lincoln Hungary where he spent 8 years as a project manager on the M1 Business Park, Airport Business Park, IP West office building and Quadrum office park.
Gábor joined ConvergenCE in 2010 where he is responsible for project management, project monitoring and construction advice on projects as large as €110 million with such clients as JP Morgan, Europa Funds and KPMG.
