Alan is a real estate pioneer in Central Europe having been based in Vienna and Budapest for over nineteen years. Alan was a Director of Richard Ellis International in Vienna (1993) and the founder and Managing Director of Richard Ellis Budapest in 1994. In 1998 Alan was the co-founder and Development Director of AIG/Lincoln in Hungary. He founded ConvergenCE, his own real estate investment and development company in 2004.
In the last 12 years he has initiated over 250.000m2 with an investment of close to €270 million in landmark commercial real estate projects including Infopark I (IBM), Alkotás Point, Eiffel Square and ParkOne office buildings and M1 Business Park, Airport Business Park and Citypoint 9 logistics projects. Alan was also a founder member and examiner for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Central Europe for over ten years.
